Starting with a bubble diagram, zoning, draft plans & finishing with a finalized floor plan to create efficient layouts of spaces, personalized according to the Client’s needs & taking into consideration space adjacencies, circulation flow, orientation of the space & the need for privacy.
TECHNICAL/CAD DRAWINGS
1. Existing projects: Turning your plan on a PDF document to detailed CAD drawings in scale
2. New projects: Create new drawings as follows:
Floor Plans: Demolition & Construction plan, site plan, roof plan & reflected ceiling plan
Elevations & Sections: Exterior and interior
Schedules: Plumbing, Furniture, Finishing & Lighting
RENDERING OF 2D DRAWINGS
Plans, Elevations & Sections: By the use of Photoshop, 2D drawings are rendered with images, textures & colors.
3D VISUALIZATION
by using special 3D softwares, photo-realistic images are created, to give the Client a glimpse of the completed project, which is a very important & cost-effective step in case there are any changes to be made to the design, in order to avoid costly amendments done after the start of implementation/construction stage.

Helping Clients in the selection of the right furniture, fixtures & equipment for their projects.
BESPOKE FURNITURE
Custom made furniture: Designing custom made furniture pieces & collaborating with a carpenter to have them made.
HOME STAGING
Redecorating any type of properties offered by real estate agencies, brokers, or owners before listing it for sale, to increase the chances of selling it & also increasing the value of the property.
B&B ROOMS MAKEOVER
To increase the bookings of the Client’s B&B, each space is decorated in a unique & timeless design.
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
1. Delivery and Installation management: Work closely with the suppliers and builders from start to finish to make sure everything is in order & on time.
2. Site inspections: to make sure work is completed according to the design specifications & resolve any issues, or problems that may rise.

For Clients who are only interested in an advice & would like to execute their projects on their own & at their own pace for a lower cost.
