About Me
Hi, I’m Noushig, an Interior Architect, based in Florence, Italy, I have a Master’s Degree in Interior Design from Florence Design Academy.
I am experienced in planning & decorating interior spaces, I offer a strong vision & ability to design functional & stunning interiors that’s a reflection of the Client’s personality, needs & lifestyle.
Space planning
Starting with a bubble diagram, zoning, draft plans & finishing with a finalized floor plan to create efficient layouts of spaces, personalized according to the Client’s needs & taking into consideration space adjacencies, circulation flow, orientation of the space & the need for privacy.
3D Visualization
by using special 3D softwares, photo-realistic images are created, to give the Client a glimpse of the completed project, which is a very important & cost-effective step in case there are any changes to be made to the design, in order to avoid costly amendments done after the start of implementation/construction stage.
Technical/CAD Drawings
1. Existing projects: Turning your plan on a PDF document to detailed CAD drawings in scale 2. New projects: Create new drawings as follows: Floor Plans: (Demolition & Construction plan, site plan, roof plan & reflected ceiling plan) Elevations & Sections (Exterior and interior) Schedules: (Plumbing, Furniture, Finishing, Lighting)
FF&E Selection
Helping Clients in the selection of the right furniture, fixtures & equipment for their projects.
Rendering of 2D drawings
(plans, elevations/sections): By the use of Photoshop, 2D drawings are rendered with images, textures & colors.
Bespoke Furniture
Custom made furniture: Designing custom made furniture pieces & collaborating with a carpenter to have them made.
Initial meeting & Design Brief
Initial no-charge meeting/consultation to discuss about the Client’s ideas, requirements, inspirations, & the scope of work including the budget & timeline, which allows us to take the brief & initialize the design concept, during this meeting, we learn about the client's personality, lifestyle & tastes which help us create a project that is a true reflection of them.
Concept Development & 2nd Meeting
Depending on the Design brief & an in-depth research, concept & design solutions are developed in the form of schematic sketches including (bubble diagram, zoning) showing space utilization & adjacencies. Mood boards, concept boards & a design statement are created to show the styles, colors, finishes, product selection & design direction. A design proposal is presented to the Client during the meeting.
Space planning
Following the feedback on the schematic sketches & utilizing every m2 to best accommodate the Client’s needs, efficient draft layouts of the spaces are created, taking into consideration the circulation flow & orientation of the spaces. Few options are created showing different furniture layouts to be discussed and agreed on with the Client.
