About Us

Founded by Noush, an Interior Architect based in Florence, Italy and Dubai, UAE, our studio specializes in creating bespoke, functional interiors for residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial spaces. With a Master’s Degree in Interior Design from the Florence Design Academy, Noush brings a sophisticated design approach, blending both international influence and Italian craftsmanship.

Space planning

Starting with bubble diagrams, zoning, and draft plans, and finishing with a finalized floor plan, we create efficient, functional, and personalized layouts. Every design considers space adjacencies, circulation flow, orientation, and privacy, ensuring your space is both practical and stylish.

3D Visualization

Using advanced 3D software, we create photorealistic renderings to give clients a clear preview of the completed space. This step is cost-effective, allowing design changes before construction starts to avoid expensive adjustments later.

Technical/CAD Drawings

1. Existing Projects: Convert PDF or legacy plans into detailed, accurate CAD drawings at scale. 2. New Projects: Create complete technical drawings including: - Floor Plans: demolition & construction plans, site plans, roof plans, and reflected ceiling plans - Elevations & Sections: interior and exterior - Schedules: plumbing, furniture, finishes, and lighting

FF&E Selection

We assist clients in selecting furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) that fit their project style, function, and budget—including options for premium or luxury interiors.

Rendering of 2D drawings

Plans, elevations, and sections are enhanced using Photoshop, adding realistic textures, materials, and colors to help clients visualize the design.

Bespoke Furniture

Initial meeting & Design Brief

Our initial free consultation is a chance to discuss the client’s ideas, requirements, inspirations, and project scope, including budget and timeline. During this session, we take the design brief and start shaping the concept. We also learn about the client’s personality, lifestyle, and tastes, helping us craft a project that truly reflects them. Serving clients in Italy, the UAE, and worldwide.

Concept Development & 2nd Meeting

Based on the design brief and in-depth research, the concept and design solutions are developed in the form of schematic sketches, including bubble diagrams and zoning plans, showing space utilization and adjacencies. Mood boards, concept boards, and a design statement are created to illustrate styles, colors, finishes, product selections, and overall design direction. The design proposal is presented to the client during this meeting, allowing discussion and feedback.

Space Planning & Draft Layouts

Following feedback on the schematic sketches and with careful consideration of every square meter, efficient draft layouts are created to best accommodate the client’s needs. Circulation flow and the orientation of each space are taken into account. Multiple layout options are developed, illustrating different furniture arrangements, which are then reviewed and agreed upon with the client.
